Who operates Arcory

Arcory is operated by HEO TECH PTY LTD (ABN 89 674 863 033). Arcory is a browser-based games platform at arcory.games. HEO TECH PTY LTD is an Australian private company based in New South Wales, Australia.

Information collected

• Guest play: limited progress and preferences may be stored in your browser (for example local storage or IndexedDB). A guest cookie or identifier may be set so the API can associate saves and scores with your browser session.
• Registered accounts: details you provide such as name and email, plus a hashed password (not stored in plain text).
• Gameplay records: cloud saves, favourites, history, and related session or score data needed to operate the service for signed-in players.
• Product analytics: first-party event data such as page views or that a game was opened or started, with limited metadata (for example game slug, device category, auth status as guest or signed-in, and similar fields). Passwords, tokens, email addresses, and save contents are not sent as analytics properties.
• Error monitoring: when monitoring is enabled for a deployment, technical error reports (such as stack traces) may be sent to help diagnose failures. Cookies, authorization headers, passwords, and complete request or save bodies are not intentionally included.
• Feedback: messages you submit through the in-product Contact / Feedback form.

How the information is used

Information is used to:

• provide and improve Arcory, including catalogue, play, saves, and accounts;
• authenticate sessions and maintain guest identity where applicable;
• understand product usage through first-party analytics;
• diagnose errors when monitoring is enabled;
• respond to support, feedback, and privacy enquiries.

Cookies and browser storage

Arcory uses cookies required for authentication and guest identity (for example session and guest cookies). These are not advertising cookies. Host-only cookies on the main site are preferred so authentication cookies are not sent to the separate game-content host. Guest progress stored in the browser can be permanently removed if you clear site data.

Analytics and error monitoring

Product analytics is first-party: events are sent to Arcory's own API. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected where practical (analytics is not initialized when those signals indicate an opt-out). Analytics event retention is configured on the server (default ninety days for stored analytics events) and may be purged by operational tooling.

Error monitoring uses Sentry only when a monitoring DSN is configured for that deployment. When no DSN is set, monitoring remains disabled.

Service providers

Arcory runs on infrastructure operated for HEO TECH PTY LTD (application servers, database, and reverse-proxy hosting). Depending on how a deployment is configured, traffic may pass through a CDN or DNS provider such as Cloudflare, and error reports may be processed by Sentry when monitoring is enabled. Those providers process information only as needed to deliver the configured service. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Account and gameplay data is retained while your account exists and as needed to operate the service. Guest browser data lasts until you clear it or the browser removes it. Practical security measures include hashed passwords, host-only authentication cookies where configured, rate limiting, and isolation of uploaded game content on a separate origin. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Access, correction and deletion

You can update some account details through your profile while signed in. There is no fully automated self-service account deletion flow in the current product. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, email privacy@arcory.games. We will respond where applicable and as required by law.
