Using Arcory

You may browse the catalogue and play published games as a guest or after creating an account. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, abuse, or reverse-engineer systems beyond ordinary gameplay.

Accounts and guests

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Guest progress stored in a browser may be lost if site data is cleared. Cloud saves and history apply to signed-in accounts according to product behaviour.

Content and games

Games and related materials on Arcory remain subject to their respective rights holders. Uploaded packages are subject to Arcory's technical and security controls, including sandboxing and a separate content origin where applicable.

Availability

Arcory is provided as-is for a public beta audience. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or unexpected failures. Scores, saves, and catalogue listings may be updated or corrected.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or content-host isolation.
• Do not upload malicious packages or content that harms other players or systems.
• Do not use automated scraping that degrades service availability.

Privacy

How guest data, accounts, cookies, analytics, and monitoring work is described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Nothing in this section limits non-excludable rights you may have under applicable Australian consumer law.
